Cleaning & coating
building exteriors has become a significant portion of
our business as our company has continued to grow. This
service has become particularly appealing now that we
offer our completely invisible, yet highly
effective
self-cleaning Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) coating
(see the "Our Coatings"
page for graphical representation of the technical factors
involved in this self-cleaning process as well as the
use & characteristics of our other coatings).
Our two-part cleaning & coating service typically consists of
commercial-grade
pressure washing using mild,
environmentally-friendly soaps & other cleaning agents,
combined with high pressure heated water to
remove even the most stubborn stains, graffiti, mold,
mildew, etc.
Once clean, we promptly apply one of our two proprietary coatings--either
our self-cleaning TiO2 or our graffiti-resistant
siloxane/silane--depending upon the particular
requirements of the job. In either case, your facility
(building, residence, storage facility, walls, etc.)
will be stay cleaner longer while being highly resistant
to the harmful oxidizing and corrosive effects of the
environment and/or the less natural causes such as
paint, graffiti, etc. The above structure--a
local county library that is particularly subject to mold &
mildew--was coated more than two years ago with no
apparent signs of recurring mold or mildew.
