HARD SURFACE FLOOR CLEANING & COATING

Our industry-leading, floor cleaning & coating process utilizes steam and/or pressurized water combined with various cleaning equipment & mild, environmentally-friendly soaps & strippers to remove ALL ground-in contaminants, stains, wax, acrylics, polyurethane, etc, yielding a pristine surface often cleaner than when it was new! Once cleaned to our industry-leading standards, we promptly coat it with our impenetrable coating, locking in the floor's beauty & cleanliness forever! Since first offering this process nearly eight (8) years ago we have performed our service on literally hundreds of floors for various commercial & residential customers--in nearly all cases, these floors look as good today as they did when they were first coated (see our "Before & After" information showing actual results).

This highly effective process is routinely used on ceramic tile & grout, but is equally effective on other types of hard-surface floors including Ceramic, Terrazzo, brick, concrete, stone, aggregate, composition, slate, etc. (See our "Floor Cleaning & Coating Benefits Sheet" to learn the various advantages, benefits & characteristics of our coated floors.

Regardless as to the type of flooring, our initial task is to extensively clean the surface & grout, often to levels never before achieved, but always to our proprietary "steam standard" (only pure, pressure-injected steam can effectively deep-clean ground-in dirt & grime on your floors, grout, etc).

Once cleaned, we promptly seal the pristine surface with our patented, inorganic, highly durable, crystal clear, coatings, locking-in and preserving the beauty & cleanliness while sealing out all forms of contaminants--dirt, dust, urine and other health-compromising matter & materials. The result, a beautiful, clean, easily-maintained floor that often lasts for many years in most settings, and which is considered "better than new" by many of our customers (our "Before & After" photos depict real world results achieved for our customers).

More importantly, perhaps, our coated floors maintain this look of beauty and cleanliness while generating floor maintenance labor savings approaching 75% compared to that required for non-coated floors!! In addition, other related expenses--supplies, cleaning equipment, etc--experience corresponding savings once the floor has been coated.

Finally, our coatings typically last for many years in the residential environment and while their commercial life-span is a function of traffic volumes, types, etc, we do have current commercial customers where the coatings are going on 4 years with only minimal signs of wear & tear. More importantly, since the base coating is almost never completely worn off, recoating the floor, when/if that becomes necessary, is significantly less work & expense than the original process. And, since we can spot-coat particular areas of wear & tear as needed, total re-coating is almost never necessary unless specifically required by our customers.
